Larry and his friend, the late Nick Galonos, formed a partnership with the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, to build a restaurant for their new entertainment center that offers restaurants, hotels, a Las Vegas style water show, and an indoor waterpark.

The restaurant was patterned after his very successful Ten50 BBQ restaurant concept.
